Welcome to East Lansing High School’s National Honor Society blogging community.

You may submit your hours in the form of a blog post. They must first be cleared by the blog administrator and will be posted once they have been inputted into NHS records. Please follow these guidelines when blogging:

• post only on your own blog
• submit only one event per blog post
• clearly label summer hours and give instructions as to where they should be recorded
• clearly label make-up probation hours and events
• include the event name, date, number of hours you volunteered, supervisor name, and supervisor contact information

Class of 2017 and 2018

• Members are required 10 personal commitment hours, 15 event hours, and 3 NHS sponsored events
• The NHS Historian cannot move summer hours without instruction

 

Class of 2017

• Check the probation list- members are required to make up twice as many hours or NHS events as they fell short the year before
• Members should keep track of their cumulative hours if they intend to apply for Cum Laude- NHS Historian will not keep track of who is eligible
